Lunch Break

Chicken Salad

1 large can of chicken.  I prefer all white meat but whatever you like is fine.
2 heaping tablespoons of sweet relish
3 or 4 scoops of mayo - about 3 tablespoons
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mash chicken and stir in other 2 ingredients.  
Possible add-ins:
chopped pecans, sliced grapes or chopped apples

  2. Ok, I did this last year after you brought it to Easter and it was not as good as yours... my chicken was too shredded maybe?? Do you shred the chicken or what??
