Snack of the Day

Today I'm snacking on my new favorite thing...
Cream cheese, all fruit spread, and triscuits!!  Yum!

I just learned about all fruit spreads.  If you've never bought any before I suggest that you try it.  It is a great alternative to sugar-filled jelly.  What I'm eating today is Polaner brand strawberry spread.


  1. Great snack idea! I like how you showed the portion you eat. I am going to my first class in the morning to meet the nutrionist so I am sure they are going to have me eating healthy snacks. This looks awesome!

  2. I might add that the plate is a small dessert type plate. That is about 1 oz. of cream cheese.
